The narrative takes a turn when Bheema falls in love with , a school teacher who represents hope and normalcy. She challenges him to leave his violent path. At the same time, a power struggle emerges in the city’s underworld, with rival gang leaders, corrupt politicians, and a vengeful police officer (played by Prakash Raj) closing in on Bheema.

The film opens with (played by Duniya Vijay), a notorious gangster operating in the red-light district of Bengaluru. Unlike typical crime lords, Bheema follows a brutal but principled code: he kills only those who harm women and children in his area. He lives with his mother, who is unaware of his criminal life.
