Grip strength 38 lbs (R) vs 52 lbs (L). Intervention : Eccentric wrist extension (3x10), cross-friction massage 3 min, counterforce brace education. Outcome : PRTEE score 32/100 (baseline 68/100). GROC = +4 (moderately better). Plan : Continue eccentric program; reassess in 2 weeks.
